Pharmacy name: grass marsh Labrador tea - Ledi palustris herba (formerly: Herba Ledi palustris).

Botanical description. Evergreen shrub 1-1,5 m in height, with the separated branches, rough, coriaceous, linear-lanceolate leaves and white (sometimes pink-red) flowers in the end zontikovidnom inflorescence. Grows in the north and east of Europe, northern Asia, North America. In Central Europe forms a thicket on the bogs, sometimes large in size.

Active substances: volatile oil, tannin, bitter, flavonglikozidy, arbutin, and a number of other substances. Used for whooping cough, rheumatism and skin sypyah in homeopathy - with bronchitis, rheumatism and gout, as well as in various skin diseases.
